The LOTS Project has been underway for many years. Brian & Kori first broke away as homesteaders in North/Central Minnesota. After learning the hard self sufficiency skills on 25 Acres, they sold the farm as an ongoing system to one of their listeners in 2022. Now they live on the road with their 3 St. Bernards on a Quest for the new land to LOVE. On their search, they help others build HipCamps, assist on Projects, and create tons and tons of helpful content.

Brian worked in and was trained in Specialty Coffee with Caribou Coffee out of Minneapolis. He knew exactly what he wanted to deliver in the cup. With a few back and forth trials on the recipe G.S.D. Blend was born. A morning coffee for a hard working Midwesterner. Tons of energy and no hard edge.
Kori's vision was for 3 coffee profiles that matched her boys. Complex, yet smooth, large & lovable. So the collection of Light, Medium and Dark - Bernard Blends was developed and hand roasted - to order- for you.
